I am experiencing a technical issue

If you’re experiencing a technical issue you can try to solve the problem yourself by clearing your cache and cookies, or using a different browser. You can also try restarting your device and internet connection; reinstalling the client or app, and checking that your security settings aren’t interfering.

If that doesn’t help, send us an email with a screenshot of the issue/error message, the device and channel you’re using, including the make (e.g Samsung phone using website with Chrome browser), and give a full description of the circumstances surrounding the issue. The more information you can provide, the quicker our IT department will be able to fix the problem.
