Management Rules

  1. The BetMGM Terms of Service are listed at https://help.in.betmgm.com/en/general-information/legal-matters/general-terms-and-conditions. The BetMGM Privacy Policy is listed at https://help.in.betmgm.com/en/general-information/security/privacy-policy. They should be considered in conjunction with the BetMGM Sports Book House Rules.
  2. BetMGM prohibits persons under the age of 21 from opening and/or funding a wagering account. Any person under the age of 21 years shall not place wagers with or collect winning wagers from any licensed race book, sports pool or pari-mutuel operator.
  3. Payouts of account withdrawals may be delayed by up to 5 days in order for BetMGM to conduct a security review.
  4. BetMGM shall only accept wagers from patrons that have been affirmatively located as being physically present in the state of Indiana at the time of their wagering.
  5. Persons shall place a wager only on their own behalf and shall not wager for any other person.
  6. BetMGM account holders are encouraged to contact Customer Care by email or live chat for additional wagering information and questions of any such nature. Patrons should submit complaints or disputes in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable following the date of the original transaction to which the claim or dispute refers. Complaints may be submitted by email to Customer Complaints. BetMGM will investigate any issue and provide a timely response. Any unresolved dispute arising as a result of wagers accepted by BetMGM shall be resolved as set forth by the Indiana Gaming Commission. Please refer to Section 28. Binding Individual Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, and Applicable Law in the BetMGM Terms of Service for additional information relating to customer dispute resolutions. To the extent that a patron is not satisfied with BetMGM’s response they may contact the Indiana Gaming Commission SWPC@igc.IN.gov.
  7. BetMGM aims to provide a safe and responsible environment for patrons and will always recognize and acknowledge the patron’s ability to set daily limits or place their account in a time-out status restricting their ability to wager through BetMGM at any time. In the event of an Indiana prohibited sports wagering participant attempting to place a wager, the patron account(s) will be disabled, and funds returned to the patron according to BetMGM Sports Book House Rules. Patrons’ pending wagers on events or propositions for events will be refunded for events that have not yet been completed.
  8. Self Exclusion and Personal Limits - BetMGM customers are able to temporarily suspend their account or self-exclude from further gaming if they have developed gambling-related problems or feel at risk of developing gambling-related problems. You can temporarily suspend your account for any period from 3 to 365 days. You can request temporary suspension or placement on the self-exclusion list by submitting a request through your account by logging in and selecting the “Responsible Gaming” option or by clicking here.  You can set Responsible Gaming limits including deposit limits, loss limits and time limits by logging in to your account and selecting the “Responsible Gaming” option or by clicking here.
