What happens to the Bonus funds in my account when my multi-state account is created?

If you have only one BetMGM account, all restricted or unrestricted bonus funds (including bonuses from deposit and/or winnings based on specific reward terms) will carry over into your multi-state account.

  • If you have multiple bonuses in multiple states, those bonus funds will either be carried forward without any changes or be released to your withdrawable balance.
  • All wagering progress towards your bonuses is state-specific and is not based on cumulative activity. Players cannot meet a promotion’s wagering requirements by wagering across multiple states. They must be wagered in the state you’ve received the bonus in.

What happens to my Bonus Bets & Bonus Spins in my account?

Bonus Bets & Bonus Spins will carry over to your new multi-state account no later than 24 hours after your multi-state account is created.

  • All rewards are state-specific and are not based on cumulative activity. Players cannot meet a promotion’s reward requirements by wagering across multiple states. They must be wagered in the state you’ve received the reward in.

What happens to my Tokens (Parlay Boost, Bet & Get, Bet Insurance) in my account?

Tokens do not cross over into your multi-state account. We will reissue any token that was in your single-state account no more than 24 hours after your multi-state account is created.

What happens to my Tournament Dollars & Tickets in my account?

Tournament Dollars & Tournament Tickets will carry over into your new multi-state account.

  • All rewards are state-specific and are not based on cumulative activity. Players cannot meet a promotion’s reward requirements by wagering across multiple states. They must be wagered in the state you’ve received the reward in.

BetMGM Rewards Points

What happens to my BetMGM Rewards Points after my multi-state account is created?

Your Tier Level will be carried over to your multi-state account and your BetMGM Rewards Points will be awarded and redeemed on a state level.
